Clear before you begin
The owner receives 81% of net profit from nightly rentals. Klarby’s fee is 19%, and the cleaning fee is paid by the guest. The calculation and any applicable deductions are agreed in writing before setup.
What does the fee cover?
The fee covers all work completed by Klarby.
How are payments settled?
A monthly statement is sent to your e-Boks showing the amount to be transferred to your chosen bank account.
How does cancellation work?
Cancellation terms are two months’ notice from the first day of the month. Early cancellation can be negotiated in exceptional circumstances.
