What we process

When you use the form, we process your name, email address, selected rental model and any message you choose to provide. We also process technical information necessary for secure delivery of the form.

Purpose and legal basis

We use this information to respond to enquiries, take steps before a possible agreement and secure the form. The legal bases are GDPR Article 6(1)(b) for steps prior to an agreement and Article 6(1)(f) for our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries and operating the form securely. We do not use your information for marketing without separate consent.

Providers and transfers

Necessary hosting, form and email providers may process information on our instructions under data processing agreements. Transfers outside the EEA occur only with a lawful transfer mechanism.

Retention and rights

We retain information only for as long as necessary, then delete or anonymise it unless legal requirements or a dispute require longer retention. You may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, object to processing and, where relevant, data portability. You may also complain to the Danish Data Protection Agency.
